This is, of all people, David McCallum, from the "Sixth Finger" episode of the original Outer Limits. He played a Welsh coal miner of high intelligence but no education. He was, courtesy of an "evolution machine," zipped a couple million years into the future. Good Lord, I hope we don't end up looking like this! But, all turned out well--his girlfriend brought him back. Love conquers all, even a bulb-shaped head with pointy ears.
