I am Bitten by a Pit Bull

Pit owners always say, "It's not the pit; it's the owner." Nope.

I was bitten on my right bicep by a pit bull today. He jumped up and bit me for no reason.

I now have a round black bruise on my right bicep, and two puncture marks.

I'm 31 5'10 about 150 lbs and this Pitbull could probably have taken me down or could probably take a 6' person down!! I was also just Yesterday bitten by a Pitbull just random out of the blue. I was delivering something to this house and this Pit was wondering loose across two houses and first a maillady carrier delivered the mail and it did nothing to her and when I went to the house to deliver my things the dog blocked me in front of the door, would not let me out and bit the hell out of my leg. I did not know if I could get him to let loose. I had to kick the dog really hard and ran across the street. After I got across the street the dog still did not like me and started chasing me. I hauled ass across a busy street with dog chasing me through traffic and luckily got into a store and the dog finally left. But the dog wanted me for some reason. I did nothing to the dog at all and it just turned on me from out of the blue. I turned the dog in to animal control to have the dog taken care of and hopefully animal control will take the dog away or kill it. Pitbulls are no laughing matter and I think should be killed and extinct from this planet. The leg that the Pitbull bit was through jeans and has a massive bruise and bite marks. If I just had on shorts I would be getting some major stitches. Pitbulls are absolutely worthless dogs all they are are dogs that a person has to constantly worry about if they will attack the owner or other dags. PLEASE LET'S GET RID OF ALL PITBULLS!!!!

may i just add that your a fucking idiot to believe that pittbulls are "bad dogs".. tho i was never a fan of them i always said it was the owner and it is.. that dog should have never been outside not yours or his fault.. i met a woman that i ended up living with and she is a proud owner of 2 pitts 1 female and 1 male and these 2 dogs are the sweetest animals i have EVER seen i would trust them with my own infant, and i used to breed boxers all AKC and in my years have never seen 1 turn out like these 2.. any and i mean any dog can have a bad distemperment look at the lil rat sized dogs they have bigger complexes than any other but noone ever says anything about them cuz they are so small.. yes pittbulls are easily trainable to be attack dogs, but so are any others the reason pitts get a bad wrap is that there big strong dogs.. dogs of all nature are wild animals it will always be in there blood to survive.. they dont not live like we do, dogs are not born knowing right from wrong it has to be taught if the owner does not take that time to do so than it doesnt matter what kind of dog it is.. there are bad people everywhere and while there is there will be bad dogs im sorry you got bit, but do not judge the whole breed over a few select stories or one bite.
