"What Kind of Fool" -- the Tams

It turns out Bill Deal and the Rhondels did a cover of the original song done by the Tams. I like both of them, but have never heard of either of them.

I have now been driver officially nuts by commerical radio and can no longer listen to it. I'm getting satellite.

I do believe I saw them on Bandstand back in the day...You did have Bandstand in your neck of the woods (LOL) Anyway, there has to be a vid out there some place of them. Speaking of Dick Clark Happy New Year !

Speaking of back in the day, any one remember Tom Paxton ?

I think both versions are Top 10 but the Rhondels only made Top 40. The Tams, I don't know about.

Never saw either on them on American Bandstand.
