Jack Vance RIP

So Jack Vance just died at 96. I didn't read much by him - The Dying Earth and The Eyes of the Overworld.

I do remember a story by him called "The Bagfull of Dreams" and it was one of the funniest things I ever read.

He had been a writer for a long time and if I remember correctly, had been in the Navy for a while.
